Robert Loeb is President of Robert Loeb and Company LLC, a professional consulting organization focused on increasing clients’ shareholder value in their business as well as a company that develops, manages and owns self-storage facilities. Since 2000, Mr. Loeb, along with partner Brian Cisarik, is an owner, co-developer and manager of Castle Hills Self Storage, Austin Highway Self Storage, and 3009 Self Storage (majority ownership and management bought in 2010) in San Antonio, Texas. In February 2013, Loeb, along with partners, bought Texan Self Storage in Fredericksburg, Texas, a 7 acre 101,000 SF storage facility. Since 2013, Loeb, Brian Cisarik and Jeff Bailey have developed seven new self-storage projects in San Antonio and Houston under the SurePoint Self Storage banner. In 1974, Mr. Loeb began his professional career as a financial analyst for Southern Natural Resources's Wall Street office. In 1978 he joined Welders Equipment Company in Victoria, Texas where he served as Chief Financial Officer. During his 18 years at Welders, the company went from two to ten locations as sales grew from $4 million to $24 million per year. In 1996, Loeb helped negotiate the sale of the company to Airgas, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange Company. In his four years at Airgas, Loeb created and implemented Airshare, a national Best Business Practices program.
Brian Cisarik is President of Cisarik Enterprises, Inc., a real estate development and management company specializing in self-storage. Mr. Cisarik has been actively involved in the self-storage industry since 1995 as manager, developer, and owner. In 2000, Mr. Cisarik partnered with Robert Loeb to develop Castle Hills Self Storage, a 90,000 square foot multi-story self-storage property located in North Central San Antonio. They then developed Austin Highway Self Storage, a 90,000 square foot property serving the Alamo Heights and Terrell Hills area. In 2010, Mr. Cisarik and Mr. Loeb acquired the majority ownership of 3009 Self Storage, a 100,000 square foot property located in Schertz, Texas. In 2013, Cisarik and Loeb completed a 35,000 SF addition to Austin Highway Self Storage. Since 2013, Cisarik, Loeb, and Jeff Bailey have developed seven new self-storage projects in San Antonio and Houston under the SurePoint Self Storage banner. In addition to his ownership, Mr. Cisarik currently supervises the management of the day-to-day operations of all the SurePoint locations.
Jeff C. Bailey is President of Bailey Commercial, LLC, and has been actively involved in the commercial real market for the past 32 years, specializing in self-storage and industrial development and investment. In 2013, Bailey joined partners Brian Cisarik and Robert Loeb in the development of SurePoint Self Storage, which to date has developed seven facilities in San Antonio and Houston, along with two facilities currently under construction in Kansas City. Prior to forming Bailey Commercial, Mr. Bailey was Vice President of Hendry Investments, Inc., a national commercial real estate development firm located in San Antonio. Mr. Bailey was responsible for site acquisition and development of Lock-N-Key Self Storage, a chain of 26 self-storage projects located across 6 states. Mr. Bailey is also the developer and part owner of the 315-acre Medio Creek Business Park located at IH-35 and Loop 410 in Southwest San Antonio. Medio Creek Business Park was established in 2007 when Mr. Bailey sold 600 acres of land to Union Pacific for the development of the $120 million San Antonio Intermodal Terminal. Recent activity at Medio Creek Business Park includes the $325 million Maruchan ramen noodle manufacturing plant, and a 265,000 ft. distribution facility owned by USAA Real Estate Company for A’Gaci, a national women's clothing retailer.
Jeff Bailey joined Brian Cisarik and Robert Loeb in 2011 that resulted in SurePoint Self Storage in 2013. In 2014, Cisarik and Loeb’s two existing San Antonio storage facilities were re-branded under SurePoint Self Storage. New SurePoint Self Storage projects from Loeb, Bailey and Cisarik include:
