Response to COVID-19 and Store Access Information

A Message to Our Customers:

With rapidly changing national and local COVID-19 pandemic guidelines, we want you to know what SurePoint Self Storage is doing to keep you and our teammates safe while providing the best customer experience possible.

Our team is doing all we can to ensure your storage unit is available whenever and wherever possible while continuing to actively monitor and adapt our business operations to meet state and local COVID-19 guidelines. Through all of this, the health and safety of our customers and teammates is at the forefront of our thoughts. We continually strive to do the right thing and to prioritize the safety and protection of our customers and teammates. Here are some of the ways we are addressing the situation.

  • Additional Cleaning. Cleanliness of our facilities has always been a top priority. Knowing that this is more important than ever, we have implemented additional measures to clean and sanitize our offices and facilities. An additional focus has been placed on cleaning high-traffic areas, including keypads, door handles, elevators, counters, and other frequently handled areas of our property.
  • Hand Washing and Face Coverings. Our teammates have been advised to wash their hands frequently for a minimum of 20 seconds or to use hand sanitizer with at least 70% alcohol. We have provided every teammate with a reusable face covering and minimally require them to wear it when a customer, visitor, or other teammate is present.
  • Illness. We want our teammates to feel safe and supported during this challenging time. If a teammate becomes ill, they will be asked to go home and not return for 7 days or until they are symptom-free without medication for 72 hours. We’ve made special benefits and leave opportunities available to our teammates who become ill.
  • Social Distancing. During this time, we will still treat you with our signature genuine care, but we are prioritizing social distancing. We ask our customers to enter our offices one at a time. Although welcoming handshakes are on hold, friendly smiles remain plentiful.

During these challenging times, more of our customers are seeking ways to make remote payments. We offer four convenient options.

  • AutoPay. Enroll in our easy-to-use AutoPay at www.surepointselfstorage.com. Simply click on your storage location, then click the “Pay Online” tab in the upper right corner to set up your account. 
  • Pay by credit card at www.surepointselfstorage.com using the instructions above.
  • Pay via phone by calling your storage location 
  • Mail a check to your storage location

We also know many of our customers may be facing personal challenges. Therefore, we are encouraging our teammates to work with customers to meet the needs of their individual situations during this difficult time.

Although we believe in great face-to-face customer service, we understand if you prefer not to interact with us in person during this time. Therefore, we’ve implemented a variety of contact-free interaction options. You’re encouraged to email or call our teammates if there are any issues that need to be addressed.
